2.3 Payments can be made via  PayPal, debit card and credit card. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. Prices shown at the time of order will apply.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We offer shipping within the UK. Please check the shipping options available during checkout.

3.2 Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. RC Flite Locker is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance procedures.

3.3 Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout, and they will vary based on your location and the size of the order.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

4.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rcflitelocker.co.uk You will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4.3 Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product, and will be credited to your original payment method. Minus a 5% restocking fee.

4.4 Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

5.1 We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of our products are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, textures, or details will exactly match what you see on your screen.

5.2 Availability of products is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
